Governor Brown signed AB 1666 requiring certain reporting related to Community Facilities Districts be made available on local agency websites. The bill was introduced to increase transparency related to CFD taxes, expenses, bond payments, etc. The CDIAC report below is required to be displayed prominently on our website, along with the Annual Financial Transactions Report filed with the State Controller.
